Shipment Processing Time
Supplement orders are generally processed within 1 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For the most current information regarding each product, please refer to the shipping notes, which take into account special situations such as holidays or unexpected delays.In cases of high order volume, there may be a slight shipment delay of a few days. Please expect additional transit time for delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will reach out to you through the Shop app or email.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
You can choose your shipping method according to the estimated delivery time. However, selecting a specific carrier is not an option. Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout, depending on your location and the items in your shopping cart. If a shipping option appears greyed out, it means your order does not fulfill the requirements for that specific option.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur.

Economy Shipping Details
When the Economy option is chosen, UPS may serve as the initial carrier for the package, but they might not handle the delivery. Often, these shipments are transferred to USPS for SurePost delivery, resulting in a change of tracking number. You can still view the tracking history with the original UPS tracking number. If the shipment is handed over to USPS for delivery, this will be indicated at the top of your UPS tracking details with the new USPS tracking number.
Special Destinations
NŪYŪ Daily NMN™ is available for shipping to P.O. box addresses located inside the continental US.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Your Order
Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email as soon as an order is placed, and then a tracking number will be sent when the order is fulfilled, which usually takes a few business days.
Damages
NŪYŪ Daily NMN™ cannot be held responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. Remember to keep all packaging materials and the damaged items until you have filed the claim.
